Aug. 5th, 2009 - Huge Storm Hits Havana
Aug. 9th, 2009 - Cleaned the lenses on my pond lights.
Aug. 11th, 2009 - 5 - 10% water change. Added 8 oz. of Microbe-Lift PL. Also rinsed out the skimmer pads.
Aug. 14th, 2009 - Added 2 oz. of blue pond tint.
Aug. 15th, 2009 - Cleaned off the pond light lenses.
Aug. 17th, 2009 - Ordered Muck Defense and Winter Air System from "The Pond Doctor". Took the UV unit out of the pond today. 5 -10% water change. (Rained the past two days.) Rinsed out the skimmer pads. (Very Dirty!)
Aug. 19th, 2009 - Two and a half inches of rain this afternoon. Pumped out about 5" of water.
Aug. 20th, 2009 - Brushed off the waterfall rock to remove algae. The Muck Defense ($24.99) and Winter Air Pump ($64.99) arrived today. ($99.93 total)
Aug. 22nd, 2009 - Cleaned off the pond light lenses.
Aug. 23rd, 2009 - 5 - 10% water change, rinsed out the skimmer pads, added 8oz of Microbe-Lift PL (Spread around pond A.P.)
Aug. 24th, 2009 - Received Koi Clay ($16.99) and Blue Dye ($21.99) in the mail today. ($53.09 total) Added 2 and a half scoops of Koi Clay (Week #1 - treatment #1) Pulled dead Lily pads.
Aug. 26th, 2009 - Added 3 scoops of Koi Clay - (Week #1 - treatment #2) Brushed algae off the water fall rock. Added 2oz of blue dye.
Aug. 28th, 2009 - Received three and a half inches of rain last night. Pumped water out of pond for 12 minutes. Added 3 scoops of Koi Clay - (Week #1 - treatment #3) Cleaned off light lenses. Pulled dead Lilly pads.
Aug. 30th, 2009 - Cleaned out skimmer pads. Added 2 cap-fulls of Aqua One. Added 3 scoops of Koi Clay. (Week #2 treatment #1)
